Helios Coatings Inc. (“Helios”) is a coatings research and development company that has developed a globally patented paint system, overcoming the limitations of and bridging the major differences between solvent based liquid and powder paint coating solutions.
The Company’s ThermoFlow™ paint technology focusses on eliminating the boundaries that restrict the broader adoption of powder coatings which also highly restrict the reduction of solvent based paints (see below).
Using Helios’ recently developed resins and formulations, its ThermoFlow™ technologies have been able to attain ultra-low curing profiles (under 100°C) for powder-based coatings.
